By on April 13, 2013 – A Tofu Recipe creating the perfect appetizer or main dish. Tofu stir-fry with vegetables and cashews is a delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 8 ounces Firm Tofu drained and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup Broccoli sliced
  • 2 Green Onions sliced
  • 2 tsp Fresh Ginger grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • 1/4 Raw Cashew Pieces
  • handful fresh Spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • juice 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons Stir Fry Sauce

Best Tofu Recipes Instructions


Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok medium heat.
Add tofu cubes and cook about 3 minutes until golden. Take cooked tofu out of pan and set on a plate.
Add second tablespoon of sesame oil. Cook broccoli, onions, ginger, red pepper flakes, and salt (start with a pinch). Stir-fry briefly, then toss in cashews, garlic and spinach leaves. Continue cooking until the spinach wilts then place tofu in the pan. Pour in lime juice and stir fry sauce. Mix well and serve warm!
